Ruike semi-continuous and full automatic continuous distillation machine with PLC or DCS control system
Semi-continuous pyrolysis machine, which can convert waste tire/plastic into liquid fuel oil, carbon black and combustible gas. Combustible gas provides the energy consumed by the device, and eventually obtains the processing device for the two terminal products.

Technology feature
Molten Salt Furnace
Function: Provides high-temperature heat (up to 400–600°C) for preheating crude oil.
Advantages:
Stable heat transfer with minimal temperature fluctuations.
Reduced coking risk compared to direct-fired heaters.
Energy-efficient due to high thermal capacity of molten salts (e.g., nitrate mixtures).
Thin-Film Evaporators
Function: Enhances separation of high-viscosity residues (e.g., vacuum residue) by creating a thin liquid film on heated surfaces.
Advantages:
Short residence time (<1 minute), minimizing thermal degradation.
High heat transfer efficiency for viscous feedstocks.
Applications: Post-vacuum distillation for recovering light fractions from heavy residues.
Inner Parts in Distillation Towers
Trays
- Bubble Cap Trays: Use cap-covered openings to direct vapor through the liquid, improving contact.
- Sieve Trays: Have perforations for vapor to pass through the liquid, increasing separation.
- Valve Trays: Use small movable valves to adjust vapor flow dynamically.
Packing materials
- Used in packed columns to enhance contact between vapor and liquid.
- Types include structured packing (metal, ceramic, or plastic) and random packing (Raschig rings, Pall rings, etc.).
Catalyst
- Zeolite Catalysts:
- Used for molecular sieving and hydrocarbon cracking.
- Common in petroleum refining and dehydration processes.
- Acidic Catalysts:
- Sulfuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid: Used for catalytic distillation of alcohols and ethers.
- Metal Catalysts:
- Palladium, Platinum, Nickel: Used in hydrogenation and hydrocracking processes.
- Alumina & Silica-Based Catalysts:
- Common in petrochemical and fuel processing industries.
